Employment Opportunities
We have filled our staff positions for the summer of 2024. We will begin accepting applications for the summer of 2025 in December. Please do not submit a staff application or counselor interest form at this time.
First year staff salary for the summer of 2024 is $630/week. We expect this amount to increase for the summer of 2025. Room, board and laundry is included. Bonus of $600 paid for those with current Life Guard Training. We also reimburse for taking and passing a Life Guard Training course. Assistant Counselor salary for the summer of 2024 is $550/week.
Kitchen and resident kitchen salary is based on experience.
To be considered for employment applicants need to be available to work for our entire season.
Applicants are required to be at least 18 year old and graduated from high school at least one year prior to the start of the summer.
We look for individuals who want to spend their summer working with children in a structured outdoor setting.
All application materials must be returned in a timely manner to be considered for employment. During the application process we look for individuals who take initiative, are able to follow through and show good attention to detail.
Before submitting your application check that the email addresses for your references are correct and current. Applicants who do not have all three references returned to us in a timely manner will not be considered for employment.
Employers, supervisors, teachers and/or coaches are preferred references. Please do not list parents, relatives or friends as references.

Our camp staff is required to have one COVID-19 vaccination dated October 1, 2023 or later for employment.
