Our New OAP Director
We are excited to share that Aimee Eagle is the new Director of our Outdoor Adventure Program. Summer 2026 will mark Aimee’s eighth OAP trip. She participated as a camper for three years and led several trips as an assistant before assuming the Director position.
Thank you to Garrett Louis who has been our trip leader for the past three summers. We are grateful for his leadership and wish him well on his next adventures!
Many of you probably already know Aimee. She is a Walton’s Ten Year Camper, former counselor and Waterfront Director. The OAP program was started in 2012, and her father, Patrick Eagle, was the first OAP Director. He helped develop the program with Adam before passing the torch on to Ailsa and then Paul. Aimee’s first trip as a camper was with her camp bestie, Georgia Walton.
During the school year, Aimee works as an elementary school teacher in the Bay Area. She is known for her positive attitude, infectious laugh, and extensive outdoor experience – making her the natural successor of our beloved backpacking program. Aimee knows how transformative the OAP experience can be for campers and is looking forward to creating more unforgettable moments on the trail in summers to come!
