If your child is a returning Walton's Grizzly Lodge Camper, will be 15 years old by June 15th and will have completed the 9th grade, he or she is too old for the Regular Program but may be eligible to apply for the Camper in Leadership Training Program. Please see the CILT page under "About Walton's" for more information.
The camp fee is all-inclusive except for transportation to and from camp and personal items purchased. A $75 store deposit will be added to your account for incidentals. Any account balance will be refunded or charged at the end of the session.
DEPOSIT FOR CAMP: $500 per session. This fee will be credited to your account upon acceptance. The $500 deposit is also required to be placed on the waiting list. (One $500 deposit for waiting list per camper). Campers may not be enrolled and on a waiting list at the same time.
September 1: Early Enrollment - Enroll by this date and receive a 10% tuition discount. (Discount does not apply to Outdoor Adventure Program.)
In order to provide our waiting list families enough time to prepare for camp in the event of a cancellation, we follow the cancellation policy outlined below.
Please submit your cancellation in writing (email). Your cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.
December 1: Cancellations before 12/1 = $50 Processing Fee
February 1: Cancellations after 12/1 and before 2/1 = $150 Cancellation Fee
April 1: Cancellations after 2/1 and before 4/1 = $250 Cancellation Fee
Cancellation after April 1st = $500 Cancellation Fee (No refund of deposit)
Full payment of tuition is due by April 20th.
There is no refund of tuition or deposit after April 20th.
All fees are per cancelled session. There is no refund of camp fees for dismissal, behavior issues, homesickness, illness or injury.
We highly recommend Camp Tuition Insurance (Travel Insurance) to cover your expense in the event you should need to cancel.
